Our estimated delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. You can calculate the estimated delivery by adding the processing time of your order plus the delivery time based on the shipping method you selected.

Processing Time

The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Some popular styles may ship within 1–3 business days, while engraved, customized, or custom-sized items may take 7–15 business days (custom sizes incur an additional $20 fee). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details and the projected delivery date.

International Shipping

All international orders may incur additional charges due to taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. RTK Outlet is not responsible for these additional charges. All costs must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Track Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also log in to our website and track your order under Account > My Account > My Orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Here you can see how to track your order. You can track it using this link: [tracking link]. If you need more information about tracking, please contact us.

Please note that when the carrier returns a package as undeliverable due to an address issue, you will be charged for reshipping costs if you request a reshipment.
