At RTK Outlet, we want happy customers. Our goal is for our products to bring you satisfaction and joy when they arrive at your home—so that you’ll always want to come back.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue, following a few simple rules regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Regret and Right of Withdrawal
If you're returning a product due to regret or withdrawal—when the product is in perfect condition but simply doesn’t meet your expectations—you have 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date to request a return via email or phone.
How to proceed with a return or exchange due to regret:

Contact RTK Outlet support by email at rtkoutletsac@gmail.com.

We will issue a return code (reverse logistics label) so that you can send the product back via your local postal service to the sender's address (RTK Outlet).
Important: The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, unopened if sealed, and include all accessories that came with it.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the above conditions, you may choose:

A store credit at RTK Outlet for the full amount paid, which can be used immediately or within the next 6 months.

A full refund issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, you must wait for the product to arrive, return it to the address provided by the company, and then the refund will be processed.
RTK Outlet is not obligated to accept returns or exchanges for products with damage caused by misuse or for requests made after the specified deadlines.
Other Situations
Any of the cases described above, or others that may arise, should be reported to RTK Outlet by email at rtkoutletsac@gmail.com.
In addition to the mentioned situations, you should refuse to accept the product if:

The package is open or damaged

The product does not match your order

Any accessories are missing
If you do receive the product under such conditions, please contact RTK Outlet support within 72 hours of delivery.
